How do we do this?

We have a proprietary exercise system called F.A.S.T. also known as Functional Athletic Strength Training.

It was created to help improve your performance and physique in the least amount of time. The great benefit in doing this is to increase caloric burn, not only during your workout, but also long after you have finished training. This can leave your metabolism raised above your resting metabolism rate 24-48 hours after your workout has been completed.


This simply means you will burn more calories in less time during the workout and continue to burn calories and Fat a day or two later.

F.A.S.T. Training consists of diverse components of fitness including high-intensity cardio and many forms of strength training.

Using a variety of sets and rep schemes that are “out of the box”, your body burns more calories to return to a normal state.


We use treadmills, suspension training, and free weights with short bursts of intense exercise followed by short rest breaks to achieve maximum Resultz FAST.


Each session is designed to burn 500-1000 calories, turning your body into a fat burning furnace.

Functional Athletic Strength Training uses specially designed workouts that includes 4 specific variables.

  • density
  • active recovery
  • strategic rest periods
  • high volume using unique sets and rep schemes.

If just one of these variables are missing, the effect of the FAST workout is diminished. That means you won’t get the maximum benefit.

We also use Metabolic Finishers that are designed to give you a full body flush to boost your metabolism and fully deplete each muscle at the end of any workout.

The movements are simple, but both the intensity and reps completed will be high.


Research shows that these short workout finishers (of ONLY 4 minutes) worked just as well as 30 minutes of cardio!
