Wendy Hunt is a health and wellness expert who is ambitious and driven. As a life coach and woman of faith, she is dedicated to helping people grow to their maximum potential. She focuses on women who want to break free from their self imposed limitations. With this being her primary focus, she created the LadyA group. The group’s mission is to help women grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Wendy is also a fashion stylist and designer who specializes in creating custom apparel. She wanted to create a line of custom apparel that empowered people. Thus, LadyA Apparel was formed. The line reinforces the mission and purpose of the LadyA Group.

LadyA apparel is a line of statement clothing for men, women, and children. Every LadyA piece reflects the LadyA mission, ENCOURAGEMENT and EMPOWERMENT. The messaging of the anointed apparel is equally uplifting to those who wear the collection, and those who read them.

Ken has been inspiring and motivating people for as long as he can remember. As a professional speaker and personal development coach, he has empowered thousands to transform their minds, bodies, and ultimately their lives. He is passionate about helping people live a healthy lifestyle and realize that health is their #1 asset. Ken knows the struggle with being overweight because of his own life long struggle. Since being a contestant on NBC’s hit reality show The Biggest Loser, Ken has made it his mission to help people lose weight, get healthier and live a more fulfilled life.

Ken is able to reach people who truly have a desire to change their current reality through his weight loss programs, books, seminars and exercise boot camps, His approach focuses on helping people change their mindset. He believes that changing a person’s mindset is the key to changing their body.

He is a successful entrepreneur. He is the author of 5 books. He been featured in media outlets such as: CNN, Lifetime, NBC, Fox, and Black Enterprise magazine.

Johnathan Spruill

Coach Johnathan’s passion for physical training of the best premier athletes in the area and the desire to fight childhood obesity is what allows him to be a youth fitness leader in the Greensboro area.

Mike Fields, Sr.

Coach / Trainer

Coach Mike’s passion is to help the older population get moving with functional training and mobility exercises. He uses his background in massage therapy and physical therapy experience to help clients reach their goals.

Certified Personal Trainer Michael Fields Jr. is a former 2 time All-State High School athlete, along with four years of college football and track experience at the D-1 and D-2 College level, accomplishing two championships while playing. He has worked with former NFL player John Roberson and AFL player DJ Abner. Also, has five years of specializing in footwork coordination and having the chance to develop 2 nationally ranked middle school athletes in two different sports (Baseball & Tennis).

Allen Little


Coach Allen is a level 2 certified personal trainer, he challenges people to identify and overcome personal obstacles that stand in the way of their fitness goals. He uses his background in mental health and counseling to help individuals recognize that workouts have the ability to help them not only overcome physical limitations, but also mental barriers. His passion for results is fueled by his belief that harmful conditions like stress and depression can all be combated by a healthy, active lifestyle.

Vanessa Clayton


Coach Vanessa is a former collegiate athlete who played volleyball and soccer while in college, she specializes in volleyball fundamentals skills training, weight loss and muscle gain. Vanessa is a graduate of Louisburg College with a degree in Business, she is also NASM certified through Guilford Technical Community College. She believes that being healthy is a beautiful thing and is passionate about teaching others how to make fitness “A Way Of Life.”

Coach Alex is a certified trainer and former collegiate athlete out of North Carolina Central University. His unique style of training gives you an energetic feel and true perspective on what it means to make fitness A Way Of Life.

Coach LaDi is a product of A.W.O.L. Fitness
Her passion and drive is to motivate and inspire others to change their lifestyle, just as she changed her own. She overcame obesity and health conditions that challenged her life and refused to allow that to be her demise. She uses her background in personal health and nutrition education from North Carolina A&T State University to promote healthy eating and weight loss management.
